201 Fillmore

In partnership with Schnitzer West, 201 Fillmore is a fully-leased, world class, to-be-built office building in the heart of Denver’s number one office market – Cherry Creek, at a one-of-a-kind location on the northwest corner of 2nd Avenue and Fillmore Street. 201 Fillmore will be an 8-story, 140,000 square foot state-of-the-art office building constructed over five floors of below grade parking. The Property will feature 10’ floor-to-ceiling windows, 13’6” slab-to-slab ceiling heights and average floor plates of 20,000 square feet. Construction is set to commence mid-2023 with an estimated project completion of Q4 2025.
