The Knolls at Big Dry Creek

In partnership with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, The Knolls at Big Dry Creek is an in-fill site in north Westminster backing to the Big Dry Creek regional trail and open space. The Knolls is the development of 122 new paired patio homes, on a 36-acre site.
