Cottages at Erie Commons

The Cottages at Erie Commons, in partnership with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, is a site that will be developed for the construction and sale of 150 single-family detached homes. The 12.2 acre site sits in the heart of Erie Commons subdivision, a large mixed-use master plan in central Erie just south of Old Town Erie, one of the fastest growing communities in Colorado.
