Ho'opili Hyatt Place/Hyatt House

Dual-branded select service hotel Ewa Beach, Oahu, Hawai’i

Overview

In partnership with Alaka’i Development, Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Ho’opili, is a 240-room, dual-branded Hyatt Place/Hyatt House hotel located in Ewa Beach, Hawai’i, which is in the Kapolei region of Oahu – the fastest growing urban area in Hawai’i over the past 25 years.

Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Ho’opili is the first dual-branded select service and extended stay offering hotel within the large, Ho’opili Master-Planned Community of 12,000+ new homes. Located adjacent to a critical rail stop within the Honolulu Rapid Rail Transit system, the Property sits across the street from the University of Hawai’i West Oahu Campus, a 500-acre campus currently servicing 3,000 students with plans to grow to 7,600+. The Project aims to alleviate the significant supply shortage for affordable, middle-market lodging units on Oahu – which currently is forecasted to have a 4,800-lodging unit shortfall over the next 10 years.
