The Foundry

Overview

In 2017, Brue Baukol Capital Partners and Brinkman were selected by the City of Loveland, CO to redevelop two and a half downtown city blocks into a mixed-use project on 3.9-acres called The Foundry. The project will consist of two multifamily buildings, commercial and retail space, an entertainment theater, public plaza and parking structure as part of the development.
