Before joining the firm, Andrea served as Chief of Staff for an international private family office. There, she led and streamlined the CEO's office operations, driving key business functions and ensuring seamless execution of high-level initiatives and investments. Her leadership in this role sharpened her expertise in managing complex, high-stakes projects and delivering impactful results under pressure. Earlier in her career, Andrea built a strong foundation in non-profit arts management, working for two non-profit arts organizations: the State of Minnesota’s Film Commission and a non-profit art house cinema renowned for hosting an annual international film festival. In these roles, she managed fundraising events, oversaw film programming, and coordinated large-scale cultural events. Her success in driving operational efficiency, cultivating donor relationships, and boosting organizational profitability highlight her versatile leadership and operational acumen.
